In an industry that is often male-dominated, we continue to break down barriers by having female employees who serve as team leaders and managers in the world of engineering. We recognise the importance of diversity and inclusion, and have a vision of equality creating a better world for everyone.

Jenks & Cattell Engineering remains a predominantly male orientated business, with women being just 17% of the entire 105 person workforce. This figure has however doubled in the last ten years and we are looking forward to what the future holds, with plans to get female engineers, apprentices and leaders interested into our world of metalwork engineering.
