Mike started with Jenks & Cattell in 2020 as a new challenge after 15 years of experience within the competitive world of manufacturing.
Mike aims to ensure we are the number one partner for our current and future customers by supporting them through concept, design and manufacture.
Nick has worked in the engineering industry since the age of 16, starting as a Tool Making Apprentice, later joining Jenks and Cattell in 1997 as a Production Engineer.
He has vast and diverse experience with business communications in the UK, Europe, Turkey and more. Nick leads a happy and diverse sales and marketing team.
Craig joined Jenks & Cattell Engineering in 1993 as Assistant Quality Manager, and worked his way up to Quality Manager servicing both HUM and Rover Group engineering projects.
Craig is currently Technical Director, responsible for our QC department, and assits with both sales & engineering departments on a daily basis.
Garry joined Jenks & Cattell Engineering in 2023 as Operations Manager and quickly changed roles to GM. Garry brings a wealth of large automotive corporation and manufacturing expertise.
Samantha started in 2022, with 9+ years experience working in Health & Safety within manufacturing and logistics. Sam aims to ensure that the organisation has the most suitable safe working environment for our employees and visitors, and their activities. She is focused to improve statutory compliance through training, knowledge and culture change.
James joined Jenks & Cattell Engineering in 2019 as Estimator/Project Engineer and before taking on the role as NPI Engineering Manager. James has a wealth of press tool and sheet metal experience.
Wayne joined us in 2024 and brings an excellent array of automotive and aerospace quality knowledge and experience. Wayne’s immediate focus is achieving our IATF status.
Josh joined in 2024 excited to take on the challenge of Production Manager bringing 12 years of experience in production and the automotive industry. Josh’s new ideas and continuous improvements lead a strong team into the future success of the business.
David started in the Stores and Warehouse at Jenks & Cattell Engineering in the 1980’s and worked up to Warehouse Team Leader, David then progressed into Production Control and became Senior Production Controller, Logistics Manager and now manages our Supply Chain within the production team and factory.
Paul started with Jenks & Cattell Engineering at the end of 2020 and has worked in the automotive pressing industry since 1997, starting as a Tool Setter working up to Engineering Manager and is now currently Production Engineering Manager at Jenks and Cattell striving for continuous improvement.
Tracy has over 30 years of engineering experience, starting her career as a EITB apprentice in Quality specialising in metal pressings and welded assemblies. With a vast amount of experience in Quality departments, Tracy has moved into Environmental control, progressing our quality accreditations and improving our sustainability.
Gregg joined in 2024 bringing 13 years of experience within the automotive industry. He is looking to elevate the existing ways of working with his extensive knowledge in Supply Chain, Planning and Customer Service.

Lisa joined the sales team in 2019, and has injected the business with a wealth of diversity with the on-boarding of medical, defence, electric bicycle and mobility industries, as well as day-to-day dealings with our automotive customers. Lisa has an excellent sales and lean manufacturing skill set.
