At Jenks and Cattell Engineering, quality in our service and products is of paramount importance to us. We operate formal quality management systems which comply with the strict requirements of IS0 9001:2015 specifications.

Our quality process control standards are designed for the automotive industry, who demand world class levels of product quality from their suppliers which our engineering company provides to all of our customers via our metal pressings, laser fabrication, CNC machining and welded assembly.

We primarily follow a quality policy of prevention and regularly monitor key performance indicators and review as part of our continuous improvement philosophy.

All company procedures and manufacturing processes, regardless of the industry of the customer, who procure our sheet metal manufacturing sub-contract services will receive their metal component alongside dimensional report / ISIR, material certificate and a PPAP to level 3.

We comply with all regulatory requirements and commit to continual improvement of environmental performance and prevention of pollution.

It is our policy to control and reduce noise within and outside our site, reduce polluting emissions to a minimum wherever possible, manage and monitor the use of energy and raw materials, minimise waste production, seek suppliers and contractors with similar environmental standards and maintain procedures to limit the effects of environmental incidents.
