Our engineering teams work closely with all our customers from initial quotation, right through to delivery.

Jenks & Cattell Engineering are dedicated at obtaining the most efficient manufacturing method, both in time and cost for our customers, and liase with all customers and suppliers to ensure the best sheet metal production possible.

Our team of over 100 employees, all passionate and dedicated to the sheet metal manufacturing industry are able to support all of our customers from prototype, through to production stages of their product lifecycle.Jenks & Cattell have all employees and manufacturing facilities under one roof in Wolverhampton, on Neachells Lane and our philosophy is communication and building long-term relationships with all of our customers.

Our team is proactive in generating ideas for less material wastage, recycling, lean manufacturing methods and excellent delivery performance.

We are able to:

Develop customer parts, and reccommend cost saving changes.
Assess material options.
Work with CAD systems.
All customers are given dedicated account managers, engineers, quality personnel and a production controller.

Product Design

Our team is experienced in assisting our customers’ engineering teams in product design to ensure that their components are manufactured cost effectively with minimal material wastage.

Manufacturing Capabilities

We are capable and experienced in a vast range of manufacturing capabilities, including: metal stamping, welded assembly, laser cutting, laser etching and surface finishing.

We can manufacture prototypes and small runs on our laser machine. When demand increases we can move production to one of our technical assembly manufacturing lines, benefiting you with efficiencies in time and cost.

Quality Management
