Jenks and Cattell have held ISO 9001 certification for over a decade and in more recent years recertified to ISO9001:2015. The quality of our products and services is of the utmost importance to the business. To ensure that our quality stays consistent, SGS, a world-leading auditor, conducts an internal audit annually with the most recent audit taking place this week. On Monday we welcomed the SGS auditor on-site for our scheduled ISO9001:2015 audit.

The audit included mandatory desktop system elements as well as conversations with operators on the shop floor and office staff. We have demonstrated successful implementation and maintenance of our management system and have received the expected overall result recommending continued certification.
