We are pleased to introduce Garry Evans to our team, who is taking on the role of our new Operations Manager.

Garry brings a wealth of knowledge from automotive and aerospace industries, working with tier 1 suppliers, with a wide range of engineering experience from our metal pressing and welded assembly industry from apprenticeship level to Operations Manager.

Garry will manage a team of circa 60 employees, including our Production Control team and our press shop, welding, and laser fabrication team, who will together strive to reach our target of zero for zero accidents, defects, and variance under our Target Zero Philosophy.

As Operations Manager at Jenks & Cattell Engineering, Garry will be part of a team to implement and continuously improve our 5S, production output and OEE which will contribute to our key KPI’s; whilst continuing to deliver repeatable quality components, on time at competitive rates to our customers.
