Our Wolverhampton factory is a tier two automotive partner to leading automotive OEM’s, including: Volvo, Porsche, Toyota, Honda and Jaguar Land Rover.
Jenks & Cattell Engineering supply metal pressings, laser fabrications, CNC machined parts and welded assemblies for:
- Body in white components
- Bracketry including arm rest assemblies, bumpers, electrical harnesses and hydraulic components
- Battery trays
- Copper busbars
Aluminium metal assemblies provide a 20-30% weight reduction. Metal pressing and our automated welding solutions are a cost effective manufacturing method to produce complex parts in single operations, whilst meeting the specified requirements.
