Keeping You Safe

  • Risk Hunting: Our proactive approach to safety begins with Risk Hunting. All team members are encouraged to actively identify and report potential hazards. This empowers our team to take ownership of their safety and contribute to a safer work environment for everyone.
  • Safety Reps: Safety representatives play a crucial role in our safety strategy. These dedicated individuals are trained to oversee safety protocols, conduct regular inspections and serve as a point of contact for safety concerns.
  • Signage and Safety Data: Clear communication is key to a safe workplace. We have enhanced our signage to ensure that important information is easily accessible and understandable. These improvements help our team stay informed and make safer decisions on the job.
  • Employee Engagement: Engaging our team in safety initiatives is essential to our success. We host drawing competitions, involving families to reinforce safety messages in a fun and interactive way, for those who matter. These activities not only promote safety awareness, but also foster a sense of community and teamwork.
