Our New Business Executive Lisa Poxon has been with Jenks & Cattell’s sales team for almost 2 years, and we are pleased with how she has progressed within the team and shows plenty of enthusiasm to for further education within the engineering industry.

With her graduate background in Sales, Lisa is now enhancing her training by undertaking a Level 2 NVQ in a Lean Manufacturing Operative course with City of Wolverhampton College.

Sales Director, Nick George said: “Lisa has been an excellent addition to our team and has helped secure business for Jenks & Cattell which has enabled us to thrive through the pandemic. Lisa’s training will give her an excellent understanding of the manufacturing industry with the ability to apply it to our factory procedures and to advise customers on the most sufficient manufacturing method.”

Jenks & Cattell Engineering take pride in offering further training for all employees, and currently have six apprentices.
