Strong technical knowledge and experience in welding, general assembly and development. With an ability to identify and impliment innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Communicate with suppliers to negotiate competitive subcontract cost. Working with engineers and sales members to prepare cost estimates. Engineering apprenticeship and metal pressings is preferable.

Experience in a B2B manufacturing world, preferably in laser cutting, metal pressing and CNC machining. Strong sales knowledge and experience in lead generation, exhibitions and hosting presentations is required.
