Jenks & Cattell Engineering Selects Teenage Cancer Trust as Charity of the Year
At Jenks & Cattell Engineering, we are thrilled to announce that our team has voted Teenage Cancer Trust as our Charity of the Year! This decision reflects our collective commitment to supporting young people facing cancer and making a meaningful impact through our fundraising efforts.
About Teenage Cancer Trust
Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing specialised nursing care and support for young people aged 13-24 who are diagnosed with cancer. The charity funds specialist nurses, Youth Support Coordinators, and Multidisciplinary Team Coordinators who work within the NHS across 28 Teenage Cancer Trust units, other hospitals, and in the community
Their mission is to ensure that no young person faces cancer alone, offering tailored care and support from diagnosis through treatment and beyond
Our Commitment to Fundraising
Jenks & Cattell Engineering has a proud history of raising thousands of pounds for various charities each year. Notably, our team completed the 3 Peaks Challenge to raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital, demonstrating our dedication and teamwork. This year, we are excited to channel our energy and enthusiasm into supporting Teenage Cancer Trust through a variety of fundraising activities.
Get Involved and Share Your Ideas
We believe that everyone can contribute to making a difference, and we encourage all our team members and the wider community to get involved. Whether it’s organising a bake sale, participating in a sponsored run, or coming up with creative fundraising ideas, every effort counts.
Please submit your fundraising ideas to our team, and let’s work together to support Teenage Cancer Trust in their mission to provide the best care and support for young people with cancer.
Together, we can make a significant impact and help Teenage Cancer Trust continue their vital work. Let’s make this year our most successful yet in terms of fundraising and community support!
