3 Apprentices Complete First Engineering Qualifications

As we come to the end of the year, Jenks & Cattell Engineering are pleased to receive recognition from three of our customers who are leaders in their field of locks and the automotive industry, all of whom have been a customer for some years.

The recognition is received from all three customers for our impressive delivery performance of 100% for most months of 2018 based on the collective delivery of 675,000 metal stampings and welded assemblies.

One of our customers, a Jaguar Land Rover tier one automotive supplier issued Jenks & Cattell with acknowledgement of ‘6 months at zero PPM’ and ‘World Class Standard Delivery Performance’. This performance proudly ranks us in first position of their circa 70 suppliers for 10 consecutive months.

Another customer has supplied us with ‘”A” Supplier Performance for Quality and Delivery’, and thanked us for our outstanding performance.

Similarly, another leading automotive customer has recognised us a supplier for achieving 100% delivery performance for 8 months of 2018, and continuously below target of PPM and quality defects.

The workforce of Jenks & Cattell Engineering pride ourselves in the quality of parts and the service we can deliver to all our customer base.

The high standards of our recently recognised quality and delivery performance would not be achievable without the commitment from members of staff, some of whom are pictured here with our certificates; Jack McGinty, Dave Wallin and Joshua Spear who are these customers dedicated Production Controller’s, Avtar Singh who leads our Warehouse department and Tracy Richards who has a continuous improvement philosophy on the quality of our components leaving the factory. We would like to thank them for all their hard work.
