I am sure that all join us in congratulating Tracy and Sarah for their promotions.

Tracy has been promoted to the role of our Quality Manager, steering us towards our intention of seeking the automotive standard IATF 16949 during late 2023. She has already started rewriting some of our procedures, which will be a requirement to achieve this accreditation.

Meanwhile, Sarah shall assume the role of our Quality Assurance Team Leader. She has already trained both Dustine and Sunil in the preparation and recording of welds that we lay down, in both manual and robotic welds, which shall free up some of her time to increase the amount of visible statistical process controls on the shop floor.

I am sure that we shall all give them any support they require in their new roles!
