We’re looking for a forward-thinking, commercially driven Business Development Director to join our senior leadership team and shape the future of our sales strategy.

This newly created role is a chance to build a redefined sales division. Separating new business development from key account management, while working collaboratively across cross-functional departments including production, quality, and engineering.

🌍 You’ll lead strategic expansion across industries such as automotive, defence, construction, off-highway and more.
🤝 You’ll cultivate long-term partnerships, drive major project wins, and influence the commercial roadmap at a high-impact level.
