Here at Jenks & Cattell Engineering Ltd, our commitment to continuously improving our processes and people make an impact on the economy and industry, and provide a sustainable future for everyone.

Community Engagement

During 2023-2024, our team fundraising has raised money for Save the Children and Prostate Cancer UK.

At Christmas, our team raised additional funds and food donations for Good Shepherd Wolverhampton which is a local charity supporting vulnerable people in our community

Birmingham Children’s Hospital was nominated as our 2024 charity, and almost £6,000 was raised by 10% of our entire workforce completing the 3-Peaks Challenge.

Governance

Our sustainable growth and commitment to quality decision-making is governed through our partnerships with Aluminium Federation, British Standards, SGS, Society of Motoring Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), North East Automotive Alliance (NEAA) and Made in the Midlands.

Our leadership team prioritise innovation, collaboration and accountability, supported by the Board of Directors. We continually assess our skills to adapt and empower our team to suit evolving global business needs, to lead the way in engineering solutions and engagement with partner relationships.
