Jenks & Cattell Engineering have renewed our membership with the SMMT for a third consecutive year to further enhance our knowledge and networking within our core strength industry.

Our wealth of manufacturing metal components for the automotive industry backdates to the 1950’s where we manufactured the now nostalgic and iconic headlamp rim for the Mini, of which we still sell thousands of per year to aftermarket Mini enthusiasts. Since this moment, we have been at the forefront of supplying metal stampings, welded assemblies as well as mechanical and functional assemblies for products such as brake levers, foot pedals and arm rest bracketry to the industry.

Jenks & Cattell Engineering are now supplying metal components to electric vehicle and electric commercial vehicle amongst many EV development projects and feel that the SMMT could be a key driver to further our growth within the industry.
