We are pleased to announce Jenks & Cattell Engineering employees raised £140, which has been doubled by the company to a grand total of £240 for Save The Children.
The fundraiser took place on Friday 11th December, and funds were raised by staff wearing Christmas jumpers to work, a bake sale and a sweep stake.
£56 was made for the charity from the sweep stake, and the prize was won by Adam Jackson and David Dawson, £20 was generated from the bake sale, with the rest of the money coming from our generous workforce.
We understand from Save the Children charity, that our funds could help buy back-to-school kits and uniforms, buy toys and books for struggling families in the UK and for £10 each, it could help five children beat malnutrition.
We would like to say a big thanks to everyone who got involved at Jenks & Cattell!
