Job Role: Senior Project/Process Engineer
Brief Description: Jenks & Cattell Engineering are a forward thinking market leader who regularly invest in both plant and people. This is a varied role where you can add value to the company’s growth with potential career progression.
The sucessful candidate will be managing a team of 5 Project and Process Engineers, including apprentices. You will be working within a team of circa 10 people. This is an office-based role, but hands on shop floor experience is to be expected.
You will be responsible for every aspect of NPI throughout the business and will make sure that all projects are delivered on time and to budget ensuring all quality and production targets are met. Knowledge of welding processes would be an advantage.
Essential Skills:
- A background in presswork and metal stamping. Preferably mechanical engineering qualification.
- Experience in all aspects of AQPQ, PPAP and working within ISO 9001 standards.
Hours of work: 35 Hours Per Week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, Friday 8.30am-1.30pm.
An element of foreign travel will be expected.
Salary Package: Salary dependent on experience + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension + Comprehensive Training + Potential Career Progression.
