Our Apprentice Class of 2025

Jenks & Cattell Engineering are pleased to welcome two apprentices to our team of over 100 this year.

Perez has joined our Accounts department as a Finance Apprentice, the first apprentice role within this department and Alfie has joined our Toolroom team. Alfie will focus on essential press tool repairs and maintenance in our in-house facility.

Our apprentices work alongside City of Wolverhampton College, where many of whom have progressed into long-term engineering and project management careers.

We did have a non-starter in this year’s scheme, leaving one apprenticeship vacancy still available. This could be a great opportunity for someone seeking a fresh start in engineering.

Both apprentices will be supported by Adrian Muston, our Training and Development Manager. Adrian has nearly 30 years’ experience as a tool setter and now shares his knowledge with the next generation. His personal motto is: “Work hard, don’t let anyone stop you or say you can’t.”

We are delighted to welcome Perez and Alfie into our team at our Wolverhampton plant specialising in metal pressing, laser cut fabrications, welded assemblies and CNC machining.
