Congratulations to Tracy who has finished the NCFE CACHE level 2 course with Performance Through People.

Tracy has attended a distance learning course focused on understanding behaviour that challenges, and she has gained insight into how to respond to these situations in the most appropriate and supportive way. The course has helped Tracy to understand why such behaviours might occur and how to promote positive behaviour with the importance of effective communication as well as understanding the role of reflection and support for everyone involved.
