Jenks & Cattell Engineering’s focused training plan helped Mike Butterfield and Eleanor Imray gain certification in Ofqual regulated, Level 3 ILM Leadership and Management provided by Performance Through People. Mike and Eleanor attended 4 offsite training days where they completed 7 written assignment modules and finalised the course with a 5-minute public presentation based on leadership and management techniques they have learned about.

The modules included Solving problems & Making Decisions, Understanding Innovation, Change & Leadership, Training & Coaching in the Workplace, and Understanding Conflict Management which equipped them with knowledge for future challenges.

Mike and Eleanor both hope to apply this to their jobs as Press Shop Team Leader and Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager.
