19th November 2025 is a day to celebrate men worldwide for International Men’s Day. Jenks & Cattell Engineering would like to take the time to recognise the positive contributions men make in their families, workplace and community.
At Jenks & Cattell Engineering, we are proud to work alongside talented men in our world of engineering. Their skills, teamwork and dedication drive British manufacturing forward every day. This year’s international theme is ‘Positive Male Role Models’, which is something Jenks & Cattell Engineering have in abundance. Our team is multi-generational from young apprentices to those working with decades of engineering experience. Our apprentices have knowledgeable and approachable mentors, and everyone’s achievements and quality improvements continue to influence the work we do today and lead innovation in metal fabrications.
Jenks & Cattell Engineering are passionate about British manufacturing and recognise British engineers for revolutionary products including the steam engine, first public railway, the jet engine, standard screw threads and driving improvements in EV and renewable energy. All of which lay the foundations for the engineering, manufacturing skills and output at Jenks & Cattell for laser cutting, metal pressing, welding and CNC machining.
