Everyone at Jenks & Cattell Engineering would like to offer a warm welcome to our three new apprentice intakes for 2017.
Adam, Luke & Aaron have joined us as school leavers and entered the world of engineering, studying their NVQ's at Wolverhampton College.
Adam is a keen rugby fan, and has joined our Quality department and plans to study Mechanical Engineering at Wolverhampton College, with a career plan in place at Jenks & Cattell.
Luke has joined our Maintenance team, and Aaron has joined our Tool Maintenance department; both Luke & Aaron are studying NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on tooling & maintenance. Luke is a keen footballer and Aaron enjoys fishing in his spare time.
All 3 apprentices will have day realease for college study, and work the remaining days within our engineering facilities and factory where we hope they will all have valuable careers at Jenks & Cattell following their formal education.
Jenks & Cattell Engineering continue their focus on the skills gap and local employment, and this is our fourth set of apprentices in five years - closing any gaps the sheet metal manufacturing industry.
