Production Team Promotion
Jenks & Cattell would like to announce an internal promotion for three members of our Production team.
Daniel Alford joined Jenks & Cattell in 2014 and has progressed within the company year on year, and now takes on his recently appointed role as Production Manager, managing a team of 75 on our factory floor.
Daniel says “it is every intention to improve communication with all employees and ensure that the working environment is further improved for all”.
Also receiving a promotion within the Production department is Jack McGinty, who started with Jenks & Cattell in 2011 as an apprentice and has progressed within the company with taking further education to achieve a HNC in Mechanical Engineering, and is currently studying for his HND. Jack now leads the Production Planning department within his new role as Planning Manager.
David Dawson has been a valued key supporting employee at Jenks & Cattell since the 1980’s and has a wealth of knowledge of metal pressings and our manufacturing processes. Dave will manage our equipment and shop floor processes in his continued role as Operations Manager.
We wish them every success in their roles, and this change will inevitably further improve Jenks & Cattell’s production processes for our manufacturing efficiency for all of our customers.
